Ilford is one of 13 metropolitan centres in London and is well-served by firstclass road and rail connections.
The town is nestled next to the North Circular, which offers direct access to the M25, M11 and major road routes A12 and A13.
The Paragon is rated PTAL 6a by Transport for London, which means the development has excellent access to public transport. Ilford mainline railway station offers first-class rail links to central London and the surrounding areas. Commuters enjoy rapid routes to The City, Canary Wharf and Stratford while Liverpool Street can be reached in just 18 minutes.
With the opening of Crossrail in 2018, journey times are set to be slashed. Tottenham Court Road will take just 22 minutes to reach. Canary Wharf will be 17 minutes away and Stratford only 9 minutes from Ilford. While Heathrow will be reached in under an hour.
Crossrail will also introduce a £6 million upgrade to Ilford station to provide a modern, fast and efficient terminus, while an additional £5 million is being used to improve the area surrounding the station and provide better links to the town centre.
Ilford Hill is well-serviced by buses. Direct routes run far and wide with destinations to Oxford Circus, Canning Town, Barking Riverside and Romford.
